Only institutional investors (ie: banks, funds, brokers, dealers, market makers, etc.) and accredited investors (ie: individuals with high personal net worth or high personal income) are allowed to buy on the Expert Market.
Anyone can place a sell order with their regular retail broker, like eTrade, to attempt to sell an existing held position in a security now in the Expert Market.
However, you cannot access any bid or ask quotations because per the new SEC regulations, market makers are not allowed to create any for the Expert Market.
The remedy is simple. If the corporate officers of the corporation who issued the stock file the required annual and quarterly filings, OTC Markets will move the ticker back to the OTC Pink/Current group where everyone will be able to freely trade it.
I suggest that you do research to find a contact point with an actual human from the issuing corporation so you can express your interest in having that transformation back to OTC Pink/Current occur.
It could also be helpful if you shared with the others here any information which you obtain about any successful contact you have with the issuing corporation. I am sure that many others would be quite interested in sharing their thoughts with the corporate officials regarding the current value of the stock for shareholders.
